For the resources, I just dig deep on Google, the keywords were "Infinite Canvas", "Figma Clone",... I also spent some time researching the behavior of implementations of Infinite Canvas in Figma and a few more apps like Miro and Prezi to "guess the implementation".
At the end, I found out there were two main methods used, then I dig deeper into the method I wanted to use, which was using CSS. It led me to Vikram's article.
